Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY INFORMATION – UK mainland standard delivery (2-5 business days) – £3.50. Free on orders over £30.
We run a tight ship - we aim to send out all weekday orders placed by 1pm the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out the following working day.
Our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, Yodel or Hermes and your order may take up to 5 working days to be delivered to you, but our delivery partners are efficient little monkeys and it's more likely to get to you within 1-2 days of being dispatched.
We haven't got the technical gubbins on our website to take orders from overseas, but we are working on this.
If you live outside of the UK and you would like to place an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of what you would like to order and your address, and we will get back to you with a shipping quote and estimated delivery date. If you want to go ahead with the order, we'll give you instructions of how to make payment with your debit or credit card.
CARBON NEUTRAL DELIVERY
We didn't want you to have to choose between buying plastic free products and the carbon footprint of having those sometimes heavier glass and metal products delivered to your door.
That's why we offset the carbon footprint of every delivery we make by supporting reforestation projects through verified carbon credits.
Whats more, we actually offset the carbon footprint of the raw materials, manufacturing and shipping of every #NOTPLASTIC branded product.
We're all about minimising our impact on the environment, at work just as much as at home. We work with our supply chain to reduce the plastic that they send to us, but sometimes they aren't quite as good as we'd hope.
When this happens, we think it's best to reuse those materials instead of wasting them, so occasionally you may receive a parcel with plastic packaging/filling. If this happens to you, you can sleep easy, it's not because we've abandoned our plastic-free principles and sold out to the convenience of single-use plastics, but because we think it's much better to turn single-use into multi-use and minimise the waste that we create.
Rest assured that if this happens, we'll consider whether this is a supplier we want to carry on working with, and either way, we'll be reminding them how we expect to receive our orders. Whenever we purchase any new packaging materials ourselves, these will always be biodegradable, recycled, and plastic-free.
We really hope you love your #NOTPLASTIC purchases. However if you are unhappy with your order we will exchange or refund a product as long as it is in a resalable condition with the product packaging intact.
Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com to let us know you are returning an item and why; we'll get right back to you with a return address and returns authorisation code.
When you send your item back to us, please include a note with your returned item, with your contact details and stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please obtain a proof of postage (and insurance if you require it) when returning your item, as we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.
If you are returning a faulty item, or an order due to an error on our behalf, we will refund the cost of the return postage. Otherwise, the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is non-refundable.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange. Should we find the returned item is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
PAYPAL FREE RETURNS
PayPal now offer free returns for any purchase made in our store, and paid for via PayPal.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE 'RETURN SHIPPING ON US' IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.
If you wish to make a free return, you must follow our returns policy in the normal way. You must pay the return postage, then submit a claim in your PayPal account with proof of purchase and proof of return shipping cost.

Please note, free returns are offered by PayPal as a service to customers who use PayPal to pay for their purchase, and PayPal may withdraw or amend the offer at any time. This is outside of our control and #NOTPLASTIC accepts no responsibility for any return claims that PayPal fails to honour.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days upon receipt of your goods.
We love our products, we've hand-picked them and we sue them ourselves so we can fully recommend them to you. We hope you love them too, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
